Shipping/ Return Policy

At Dévé Soaps we try our best to process your order as soon as possible. Our processing time is 1-5 business days (not including shipping time) Please note that after the order has been processed you will receive an order fulfillment email with a tracking number on it. Through this tracking number, you will be able to track your package. If you have picked the local delivery option when checking out you will not receive a tracking number, however, your package will certainly be delivered within 3-5 business days. After the package has been delivered to your front porch we will take a picture of the package and email it to you. After this, what happens to your package is not our responsibility. Our processing time does not include holidays, weekends or shipping time. 

Return/Exchange policy 

At Dévé Soaps we normally do not offer returns or exchanges however, if your product does arrive defective/damaged please contact us at devesoapsinc@gmail.com within 72 hours. In the email include an image of the damaged product, your order number and details on how the product is damaged. After considering the circumstances we will either issue a refund or send you a new product. 

Shipping Issues:

If your package has been declared delivered by the courier company, then we also consider it delivered. In this case, if you claim that you have not received your package we can't not be of much assistance. You can contact the shipping company for more details about what happened to your package. If you are an international buyer it is considered your responsibility to pay any import fees at the border, this will most likely not be incorporated into the shipping price. We are also not responsible if your package is lost overseas. Please also note that international packages may take a very long time to arrive.
